Bike Hawke’s Bay and Black Barn Vineyards proudly present to you The Avanti Plus Girl’s Weekend Ride on Sunday April 11th 2010. We have two stunning courses around the Tukituki Valley. This circuit was recently voted by Kieran Turner, (CEO BikeNZ) as one of the top ten road rides in NZ! Amazing spot prizes from our sponsors! And this weekend is just for the girls. This new event is fundraising the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
It’s a great way to have fun and show your support for Bike Hawke’s Bay and the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation. Come and enjoy! The Hawke’s Bay region is renowned for its fantastic climate, amazing vineyards and wineries. Here is a chance to get on your bike and come experience some of our hospitality in Havelock North. Regardless of age or rider ability there is a ride for everyone.
Black Barn Vineyards 65km Challenge2x Laps of the Tuki Tuki Circuit. This longer course is for more experienced riders and those looking for a challenge. Enjoy the hills and spectacular scenery. Roadsafe Hawke's Bay 20km RideThis ride starts at Black Barn before heading onto the Rotary Pathway, a limestone surface winding beside river, willows, orchards and vineyards – stunning. Then ride back via the road to the finish at Black Barn Vineyards. Suitable for Road or Mountain bikes and riders of all abilities. A great introduction ride!
