The Bistro is our main restaurant at Black Barn. It is open for lunches only and can therefore be transformed for a wedding from 5pm. This is our most popular wedding venue. It is entered through a beautiful walkway of fig trees and looks right out over the province of Hawkes Bay. Generous steps take you down in to the courtyard covered by a canopy of grape vines. Our award winning chef and winemaker complete the setting with a superb selection of fine food and wine. The Bistro has a capacity of 110 people for a wedding. The marriage ceremony can also be arranged on the premises if required. Because of proximity, Rush Cottage right next door needs to also be hired as part of the wedding venue.
