Fragrant spicy oak integrated with dark cherry and underlying savoury notes. The fleshy palate is balanced by sweet oak, fine grained tannins, and bright acidity leaving a lingering finish. The basket pressed wine is aged in oak barriques following traditional winemaking techniques. Held for cellar door only release. Enjoy with game and red meat dishes.
