- Previous hospitality experience is preferable.
- Wine knowledge is favourable but not mandatory
- Someone who is reliable and has a great work ethic
- Be presentable, well organised and time efficient

We are looking for a professional, high-energy senior waitstaff with excellent communication skills. As a senior server, you will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages.
To succeed as a Senior Server, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable and personable
.
+ Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, reading, and listening to people to determine beverage and food preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink and food orders.
- Adhering to all food and safety and quality regulations.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils and equipment.
