While in its own private space, Riverside is just ten minutes drive from Havelock North - with wineries, restaurants, golf courses and beaches not far in all directions.
There is great trout fishing right at your doorstep - or we can provide a guide to take you a little further afield. You can also enjoy river swimming, kayaking and extensive walking trails. There are wineries and restaurants all within minutes of the gate. Havelock North with its great shopping, delis, antiques and food supplies is 10 minutes away. Absolutely loved our weekend only wished we could have stayed a day or more longer. Facilities abound Our group booked 3 of the Riverside properties for a joint birthday celebration, we were lucky enough to stay at this property, enjoyed the turkish style pool pavilion, all beautifully set up. Congratulations, what a fantastic entrance, a real surprise, loved everything It seemed you have not missed a thing, to wake up and see The Peak and the Tuki Tuki River every morning was a sensational experience. Trish
Riverside 2 was absolutely a wonderful experience!!! I have stayed in many accommodation facilities, but this one rates the highest. The most comfortable for 3 couples enabling privacy for the 6 of us, and the Hawkes Bay turned the weather on which was a bonus. We would all go back there in a heart beat! The roaring fire each night with a good bottle of HB red wine, was another plus. We would not hesitate in recommending this fantastic property!!!! Lorraine
