The White Beach House is a six bedroom retreat with a rumpus room able to be converted into a 7th bedroom. It is completely private, inward living with bedrooms wrapping around a beautiful dining courtyard and cabana living area. Perfect for large groups and families with three kitchens, various areas to break out to and stunning ocean views from the upper deck and living area. A stone’s throw from sandy Waimarama Beach and a short walk to the local store for ice cream & fish and chips.

Location
Waimarama is a superb long stretch of sandy beach south of Cape Kidnappers facing East to the rising sun and the Pacific Ocean. While it usually experiences large rolling surf, it is excellent for swimming, surfing, fishing and walking. It is a 25 minute drive from Havelock North through farmland on a sealed but at times winding road. The White House is positioned to maximise privacy, shelter, views and sun.
Attractions
Obviously the main attraction is the beach. Waimarama is several kilometers long and is popular summer and winter. It has long stretches of private uninhabited areas and is wonderful for walking, jogging, surfcasting, fishing, surfing and swimming. Please note that Waimarama is a big rolling surf beach. It can experience undercurrents and dips and children should be supervised at all times. We would strongly advise swimming between the flags which are a very short distance from The White Beach House. There is a shop for very basic facilities at Waimarama. There is also a small church and a vibrant Maori community at Waimarama. As with all our properties, The White House is only available by booking the entire house

Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure and confirm all bookings regardless of payment method
Location
Terms & Cancellation
Bookings cancelled prior to 90 days from arrival the 40% deposit is refunded in full.
Bookings cancelled between 90 and 30 days of arrival the 40% deposit is refunded less the $250 booking fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of total is charged.

Black Barn Bistro & Craggy Range restaurants both within a 30 minute drive. Havelock North another 5 minutes beyond full of plenty restaurant and cafe options.
You will have easy access to the beautiful Waimarama Beach to enjoy long morning walks along and take in the stunning Bare Island views.
