Join three of New Zealand’s finest wind players for an intimate evening of stunning music, great food, in a magical, intimate atmosphere.
The spotlight is on the oboe, clarinet and bassoon as distinct voices which come together beautifully around the theme of Romeo & Juliet.
The evening will feature trios by French composers Darius Milhaud and Georges Auric, as well as music by Mozart and Tansman spanning 176 years and evoking scenes of romance, melancholy and conflict, reminding us of the complexity behind literature's most tragic love story.
Helen Clinton - Oboe
Romola Smith - Clarinet
Sam Brough - Bassoon
