The Cabana | Meetings
The Cabana is perfect for a quiet board meeting, working session, client briefing or presentation.
Everyone can be at one table of up to 16 people, or we can arrange a top table and general seating theatre style as required.
+ Projection equipment, whiteboards and other presentation materials can be supplied.
+ Wifi and a sound system are included.
+ We can provide coffee, tea and a working lunch as required.
Or you might prefer a working half-day session in the morning and through to the Bistro for lunch afterwards.
Alternatively, an afternoon working session and through to the Bistro Bar for a beer or wine, oysters or snacks afterwards.
Room hire
+ $450 incl gst half-day (Up to 4 hrs) 9.00am - 1.00pm
+ $650 incl gst full-day (4 - 8 hrs) 9.00am - 5.00pm
We are happy to organise a staff member to take care of you throughout your function for an additional fee. Please enquire.
Table Layout & Meeting Logistics
+ Tables and chairs will be set to your requirements.
+ We are also happy to quote additional presentation equipment and have it ready for your meeting.
+ A working lunch can be ordered to your requirements.
+ A reservation at the Bistro for lunch, end-of-day snacks or dinner can be organised.
+ Please note: The Bistro is a short walk from the Cabana through Fig Alley.
