A brilliant open fire creates a cosy and intimate environment. It is a short walk down to the communal tennis court at Poplars Upstream.

Terms and Cancellations
Bookings cancelled prior to 90 days from arrival the 40% deposit is refunded in full.
Bookings cancelled between 90 and 30 days of arrival the 40% deposit is refunded less the $250 booking fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of total is charged.

Location
Poplars 2 is also located in the beautiful Tuki Tuki River Valley. It is up a private driveway on farmland above the river with spectacular views across the river to the entire ridgeline of Te Mata Peak. While totally secluded, it is just 15 minutes drive from Havelock North, situated 4 kms upstream (west) from the Red Bridge which crosses the Tuki Tuki River.

Attractions
There is great trout fishing right at your doorstep - or we can provide a guide to take you a little further afield. You can also enjoy river swimming, kayaking and extensive walking trails. Cape Kidnappers, recognised as one of the worlds great Golf courses is 20 minutes down stream. The beautiful Waimarama and Ocean beaches are 20 minutes to the east. There are wineries and restaurants all within minutes of the gate. Havelock North with its great shopping, delis, antiques and food supplies is 10 minutes away. Property Rental
Poplars 2 is $850.00 per night (off-peak) and $1000.00 per night (peak) for up to four people using two king sized bedrooms with one ensuite and one additional bathroom. First morning's breakfast provisions supplied. The minimum stay is three nights and sorry, no pets and no smoking indoors. No fireworks are permitted.

This place is absolutely stunning. Everything from the peaceful location & phenomenal views across the Tuki Tuki Valley to the property itself with modern contemporary furnishings; this place is truly unreal.
Admittedly, we can be quite picky about properties that we stay in, however at Poplars 2, we could not fault a single thing! There is nothing that the owners & Black Barn have not thought of throughout the house.'
