Join three legendary Hawke's Bay Chefs who get their hands and heads together for The Truffle Edition.
Casey McDonald (Craggy Range), Sam Clark (Central Fire Station Bistro), Regnar Christensen (Black Barn Bistro) - together at Black Barn for one night on Thursday, July 16, for the first of the ‘Six Hands’ events.
Expect a rolling series of courses created by the three chefs, with the Truffle as the hero.
$169 per head plus beverages.

+ If you'd like to sit close to another group of friends, please email us here. We will organise tables to provide the best view of the performance, so groups of 6 or more may not be best seated at the same table. However, we’ll endeavour to seat you all as close together as possible.

+ 6.00 pm - Bistro doors open - Pre-dinner drinks, cocktails will be available for purchase.
+ 6.30 pm - First Course is served.
+ 10.00 pm - Event finishes
